ケイン・ブルックスは、2007年に妻リバと結婚し、以来、夫婦でユースミニストリーに携わってきました。ケインはアメリカ長老教会（PCA）で按手を受けた牧師であり、リバは認定を受けたプロフェッショナル・カウンセラーです。二人は2011年にカベナント神学校の修士課程を共に修了しました。

2013年、ケイン夫妻はMission to the Worldの「Nextチーム」を導くため、日本・名古屋へ移住しました。Nextチームのミッションは、「次世代に届く、世界的な教会に仕えること」です。その働きの一環として、夫妻は自らが仕える教会であるAll Nations Fellowshipを通して、中学生・高校生・大学生への伝道に携わっています。また、キリスト聖書神学校において次世代ミニストリーの授業を担当し、アジア・太平洋地域全体の宣教師の子どもたちや、その家族にも仕えています。

プライベートでは、自然の中で過ごしたり、街を散策したり、美味しいものを味わうことを楽しんでいます。そして何より、4人の素晴らしい子どもたち――クイン、マーリー、ジョン、チャーリー――と共に過ごす時間を大切にしています。

Brooks and Riva Cain married in 2007 and have been working together in youth ministry ever since. Brooks is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church in America and Riva is a licensed professional counselor. They both received Masters degrees from Covenant Theological Seminary in 2011.

In 2013, the Cains moved to Nagoya, Japan in order to lead Mission to the World’s Next Team, whose mission is to “serve the global church in reaching the next generation.” To that end, the Cains are involved in outreach to middle school, high school, and college students through their church All Nations Fellowship; teaching next gen. ministry courses at Christ Bible Seminary; and ministering to missionary kids and their families across the Asia-Pacific region.

The Cains love spending time outdoors, exploring their city, and eating yummy food. Most of all, they enjoy spending time with their four beautiful children: Quinn, Marley, John, and Charlie.

砂川 咲希は、教会や家族、両親が所属している日本 キャンパス・クルセード・フォー・クライストでの関わりを通してイエス様の愛を知る。自分の信仰がたくさんの大人に支えられたように、若い人と共に歩みたいという願いが与えられ次世代ミニストリーに導かれる。

勝利と咲希は2023年に結婚。それぞれNEXTチームでインターンシップを経て2022年からフルタイムスタッフとして所属。今は夫婦でCONNECTとBRIDGEのリードを担当。

Shori began his journey out of the “Christian cult” in which he grew up in through the ministry of his high school Bible teacher. It was not just the preaching of grace, but the gospel lived out in community that transformed his life. He graduated from Liberty University Online.

Saki grew up in a Christian family in Nagoya and came to know Jesus at a young age. She graduated from Purdue University Global. She hopes to love and walk alongside young people just like her own faith was impacted by many adults in her life growing up. 

Shori and Saki got married in 2022. They each joined Next team as interns, and they have been serving as full time staff since 2021.

私たち夫婦は共にクリスチャンの家庭で育ち、10代の頃から主と共に歩んできました。

10代の頃にユース・ミニストリーを通して大きな恵みを受け、それ以来、心から楽しんで次世代への働きに従事してきました。大学卒業後の2021年に結婚し、2024年にNextチームに加わるため名古屋へ移住しました。

私たちが通う教会、All Nations Fellowshipでは、主に子どもやユースの働きを助けています。若い世代に福音を伝え、彼らが信仰のうちに豊かに成長していく姿を見ることは、私たちにとっても大きな恵で、情熱を注いて仕えています。また、アジア・太平洋地域の宣教師家族のサポートも行っています。

プライベートでは、キャンプやハイキング、スキーなどのアウトドアを楽しみ、日本中の新しい場所を開拓することが大好きです。何よりも、ここ日本に神様の御国が来ることを切に願い、期待しています。

Matt and Emma both grew up in Christian households, and they have walked with the Lord since when they were teenagers. They developed a heart for youth ministry through various leadership roles in the church, which helped them to recognize the need for gospel-centered discipleship among teens. Matt and Emma married in 2021, and they moved to Nagoya in 2024 to join the MTW NEXT Asia-Pacific team in January of 2023. 

They serve at kids ministry and youth ministry at their church, All Nations Fellowship. It is such a joy for them to reach the young generation with the gospel and to witness them grow in their faith. Matt and Emma are also involved with caring for missionary families in the Asia Pacific region. 

Matt and Emma love spending time outdoors through camping, hiking, and skiing. They enjoy exploring different areas in Japan. More than anything, they hope to see God’s kingdom and reign to come to Japan.

教会がほとんどなくキリスト教とは無縁な地域で育ちましたが、大学時代に初めて聖書を取り、神様を知りました。

ネクストでは裏方として、ユースの皆さんが安心して楽しく過ごせるよう仕えさせていただいています。

夫の充紀と子供3人(百香、柚月、樹)の5人家族。

Yoko was born in Gujo city in Gifu prefecture. There were barely any churches in the city she grew up in, but she heard the gospel for the first time and came to know Christ when she was in college. 

She is a part-time staff at NEXT team, and she does important behind-the-scenes work to create a fun and safe place for young people. 

Yoko and her husband Atsuki have three children, Momoka, Yuzuki, and Itsuki.

名古屋の地域教会でユースミニストリーを立ち上げ、7年間ユースパスターとして奉仕し、
2024年3月に名古屋にあるキリスト聖書神学校（CBS）の神学修士号過程を修了しました。

2025年4月から名古屋でNEW HEART CHURCHという教会を開拓しながら、NEXTのスタッフとしても仕えさせていただいています。

妻の志保と息子の創世、娘の誉の四人家族。

Eriya started a youth ministry at a local church where he served as a youth pastor for seven years. He then received Masters of Divinity from Christ Bible Seminary in March, 2024.

He has been pastoring at a church plant called NEW HEART CHURCH since April, 2025. He also serves at the NEXT team as a part-time staff.

Eriya and his wife Shiho have two children, Sosei and Homare. 

His hobbies are soccer and design.
